HEATHLANDS SCHOOL SUMMER FAYRE
FRIDAY 4TH JULY 2014
4pm – 6.30pm – School Grounds
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
It’s that time of year again…Heathlands children absolutely love their annual Summer Fayre and look forward to it with great excitement. It’s also a real community event, supported and enjoyed by many local friends and villagers. This year we are hoping to repeat the success of last year by having the event on a Friday afternoon again – we are also hoping to get plenty of volunteers.
We hope you enjoy a fun-filled afternoon packed with crafts, activities, singing, dancing, delicious treats to eat etc, donkey rides, bouncy castles and hopefully lots of sunshine and NO RAIN OR WIND!
The PTA has already been busy planning and organising this event but there’s still heaps to do. To ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely, and that we can run every fantastic stall and activity, we need an army of willing Mums, Dads, Grandparents and teachers to kindly volunteer to help us out. Every single pair of hands is hugely appreciated, as well as necessary, and will help to make it a really memorable and successful event for everyone.
We are looking for parents to help run the following stalls:
Books/Toys ? Hook a Duck ? Face Painting/Tattoos ? Soft Drinks
Jelly and Cream ? Adopt a Teddy ? Coconut Shy ? Tea, Coffee and Cakes ? BBQ
Raffle ? Pimms ? Beer Tent ? Doughnut Stall
If you would like to help, please fill out the slip and return it to the school office by Friday 13th June 2014. Or if you would like to find out more, please contact Alison Mayhew (Mum of Daniel) phone 07787166340 or email email@example.com or Thomasin Newton (Mum of Phoebe) on 07500443974.
We very much hope you can come and support Heathlands School at the Summer Fayre and we look forward to seeing you on the day.
Many thanks, The Summer Fayre Team
